It is my pleasure to offer you this tile in cloisonné technique produced by The Royal Porceleyne Fles in Delft Holland.

The Porceleyne Fles started production of this kind of tiles in 1907. Originally meant for architectural use and later for companies and institutions and to commemorate national events.

Over a seventy years period Royal Delft produced a total of nearly 500 items which are highly collectable. Because of the extremely laborious and time consuming production technique production was stopped in 1977.

This tile is marked with the incised Fles mark.

DIMENSIONS: Dimensions are 4.7 x 4.7 inches (12x12cm).

CONDITION: This tile is in PERFECT condition. No cracks, chips, flakes or any other flaws.

The white spots on some pictures are the reflection of my photo lights.
